By ordering custom products, you confirm that:

• you approve the final design (if a proof is sent)
• you understand that custom items cannot be returned unless damaged

TOTSI is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

4. Pricing & Payments

Payments must be completed before production and shipping.

5. Shipping & Delivery

8. Customer-Provided Artwork (B2B & Custom Orders)

If a customer submits their own artwork, logo, or design, the customer confirms that:

• they own the rights, or
• they have legal permission to use it

TOTSI is not responsible for copyright or trademark violations caused by customer-submitted content.

We reserve the right to refuse printing any design that appears illegal, copyrighted, hateful, or inappropriate.

9. Limitation of Liability

TOTSI is not liable for:

• indirect or accidental damages
• delays caused by shipping carriers
• customer misuse of products
• losses caused by incorrect order information

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product purchased.
