At TOTSI, we aim to deliver every order quickly and safely. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your products.

TOTSI is a brand owned and operated by Aura Forge SARL.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed after payment confirmation.

Processing time: 1 to 3 business days

(Custom or bulk B2B orders may require additional time depending on quantity and design approval.)

Once your order is prepared, it will be shipped to the address provided during checkout.


2. Shipping & Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping carrier.

Estimated delivery time:

  • Local shipping: 1 to 5 business days
  • National shipping: 2 to 7 business days
  • International shipping: 5 to 15 business days

Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs procedures, or high-demand seasons.


3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and depend on:

  • Delivery location
  • Package weight
  • Order quantity

For bulk B2B orders, shipping costs may be quoted separately.


4. Order Tracking

If tracking is available through the selected carrier, you will receive a tracking number via email or message once your order is shipped.


5. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address.

If an order is returned due to:

  • incorrect address
  • unreachable customer
  • refusal of delivery

TOTSI is not responsible for delivery failure, and reshipping fees may apply.


6. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • your order number
  • photos of the damaged item
  • photos of the packaging

Damage claims are handled under our Refund Policy.


7. Customs & Import Fees (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees depending on your country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.


8. Shipping Delays

TOTSI is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • shipping carriers
  • customs processing
  • weather conditions
  • national holidays
  • unexpected events beyond our control

However, we will always assist you in tracking and resolving delivery issues.
